Cut the fat, cut the sweets and most of all cut the booze that is all it takes. No further research needed.

My endocrinologist has recommended that I have at least two glasses of red wine with my evening meal.

She is also an epidemiologist so she should know.

Wine is a food made from grapes as is beer with plenty of vitamin B12 and other healthy attributes.

But, as the Greeks said, moderation in all things.

Tim - nice but dim. Beer is not made from grapes.

My dear Mr. Bloggs

My sentence was skewed and OF COURSE beer is not made from grapes. Don't be such a nitpicker!

Beer is one of the oldest alcoholic beverages around having been drunk by the ancient Egyptians and other cultures of the same or earlier times.

It has vitamin B12 and other ingredients that are beneficial to those who drink it.

I hope I have clarified myself to your pedantic satisfaction, Mr. Bloggs. Sheesh - some persons are such pedants! :)))
