Woman Sues Victoria Secret Following Thong Injury

Los Angelos, CA (AHN)-A woman claims her Victoria Secret thong underwear hurt her after a metal clip flew off and hit her eye. She is suing the undergarment giant, saying in a TV interview that the injury caused her "excruciating pain."

In an appearance on NBC's "Today" show, Macrida Patterson, 52, a traffic cop in LA, said the metal clip on the underwear cut her cornea.

She appeared on the show with her lawyer, who said that the damage to her cornea was severe and that it required treatment with a topical steroid.
