Marlborough, MA (AHN) - Professional and controversial wrestler Chris "The Skunk" Antal is in a unique match with an unusual opponent - Marlborough City Mayor Nancy Stevens.

The two are at odds after the Marlborough Cable Trust decided to take off the air Pro Wrestling Monthly over Antal's loss of a video camera equipment loaned from the station. Stevens is the chairman of the trust.

Antal is not taking the yanking of the wrestling matches sitting down. He said he will disrupt Monday's Labor Day parade, usually attended by politicians from Marlborough.

Antal told the Boston Globe, "I'm livid... It's because Nancy doesn't like me. She claims I make a mockery out of the city."

However, the mayor said the decision to scrap the wrestling program was not over its content, but due to Antal's violation of his agreement to replace the equipment he lost, which costs $3,400. Antal said because the camera was already 14 years old, he would pay only $700 for a replacement.

Antal had in the past invited controversy by speaking against public officials, wealthy city residents and even nations. In 2007 he insulted Brazil by pretending to piss on its flag. After a public uproar from Brazilians in the city, Antal eventually apologized on TV and promised not to repeat his offensive action.
